An Initial counselling session often begins the journey. A session may include talk therapy and can flow into clearing & releasing of emotions & issues holding you back in your life journey. In session you are always guided through your own process. Moving at your pace and often utilizing transformative methods such as Inner Relationship Focusing, Compassion Key, Trauma release, or Subconscious Reprogramming etc to create real transformation & change in your life.

This is a powerful tool in assisting behavioural change such as weight loss, stress and anxiety management, low self-esteem and improved performance and motivation.
Quantum Hypnosis is an amazingly transformative tool where deeper awareness can arise. This supported space of expanded awareness, allows access to insight, healing, and guidance, helping to gain insight, illuminate patterns, restore balance, and reconnect you with your soul’s knowing.
