Much of my life has involved working in the community field, underpinned by a desire to assist people to be the best they can be in one way or another.

My early years posed life challenges and health issues which led to a path of searching, questioning and seeking answers to my physical ailments as well as emotional and mental experience.  Thus, begun the deep dive of self-exploration, discovery, healing and growth on many levels.

Unable to find real relief from the mainstream model, I dove into the alternative world. There I discovered a deeper view, opening to doorway to unravelling the many layers of myself/Self. 

 

As in all journeys, the path has been challenging - but richly rewarding (and still is!). Unraveling and letting go of much old 'stuff' has enabled an understanding, forgiveness and acceptance of the many layers and aspects of self, moving more into self-compassion for the journey of being here on this planet!

I've learned to integrate the many aspects of self/Self and move more into wholeness - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

All of this has allowed my own gifts to become more apparent - what a wonderful surprise! 

As a therapist and psychic channel, I now assist others with their own personal growth & transformation. My aim now is to offer a creative and empathetic space for those seeking personal awareness, healing and the unravelling of their own inner mystery. 

I believe the unique combination of methods encompassed provides a holistic approach which can be adapted to suit the diversity of challenges that people of all ages and backgrounds bring.

The newly created Therapies & Store in Moonta is a new adventure with The Wellness Store providing therapeutics which truly assist to support the Being on this journey - and a few fun things to boot.  I am loving this new unfolding!​

The world is certainly changing and evolving, and I believe so many more are now seeking this journey of self-discovery as a reflection of the outer world.
