What to expect

Join Kaz and Grace for a magical, nourishing afternoon where you can finally be still, take a deep exhale, and allow the pure vibrations and frequencies of sound healing to move through your body — gently releasing tension and stress so you feel fully soft and present. Transformational Coach, Hypnotherapist and Intuitive Energy Healer, Grace Hawk, will be guiding you in some intention setting in alignment with the balance of the Spring Equinox to help you create some vision for the coming months.

The afternoon begins with a 60-minute immersive sound bath with Kaz, followed by quiet time with oracle cards, gentle connection, and a cuppa with snacks. In the second half, Grace will guide you into beauty and stillness through inner reflections, intention setting and immersive visualization.

You will leave feeling as though something deep has been released and reset - truly restored in body, mind and energy.
