We move beyond conventional counselling and into a unique coaching space, tailored to your circumstances and aligned with your essence. No matter what is going on for you, it always takes time to unravel the many layers of the self and our life experience. Together we create a container to really shift what is getting in the way of your true joy and happiness. It might be showing up in your relationships, career, health or finances......it is all showing you the way to delve deeper.
Drawing upon the Grace toolkit and intuitive nature and utilize a variety of therapeutic, healing and transformational avenues to create a deeply personalised journey that supports your inner work, healing and growth.
We explore what lies beneath the surface which allows deeper understanding of yourself to work through the underlying (often subconscious) programs and blocks holding you back. Thus, you being to awaken to the new perspectives and possibilities within you. This journey allows you the time needed to unravel the confusion, pain and emotional disarray, and birth a new understanding of yourself, a new clarity based on compassion - your unique truth. We also draw on the principles of our innate spiritual connection and Universal Law to realign to your truth and purpose.
